Gary Monk’s side got the best start they could have possibly imagined for the opening game of the season as Swansea City came away with an historic victory from Old Trafford when the Welsh side beat Manchester United 2-1 to kick start their season. The Swans now welcome the Premier League new boys Burnley at the Liberty stadium looking to continue their brilliant start to the season.
Burnley who got the taste of Premier league with an opening day defeat at home to the title favorites Chelsea and have yet another tough fixture when they travel away to Liberty Stadium. The newly promoted side who looked some notch below the Premier league level on the opening day need to make improvements if they are to upset the high flying Swans away from home.

New Signing Bafitambi Gomis is likely to start from bench again after the debut in the cameo against Manchester United. Burnley on the other hand have Sam Vokes out with an injury. Striker Jutkiewicz should start upfront for the newly promoted side who are likely to field and unchanged eleven from their defeat against Chelsea.
