Michael Essien is optimistic about the Torres's chances to succeed at San Siro after difficult seasons at Chelsea.

Fernando Torres will become a major hit at AC Milan , says Essien and expects him to score a lot of goals for AC Milan.

The 30-year-old joined AC Milan on loan from Chelsea and scored his first goal in the 2-2 draw with Empoli on Tuesday evening.

Essien said that there's more to come from the Torres.

"I am convinced we'll see lots of goals from Fernando," Essien told the official Fifa website.

"I  hope he scores lot of goal for Milan and for himself because he's a top striker and we'll benefit from his goals.

"He's a hard worker and we can expect 100 per cent all the time from him."

Essien and Torres are both Chelsea players , playing for AC Milan this season. Essien & Torres hope to bring some glory back to AC Milan .
