The Saints will take on West Ham in a Premier League encounter on Saturday in a search of their first league win of the season under the guidance of Koeman, who replaced Mauricio Pochettino in June.
Koeman’s men secured 2-0 victory over Millwall on Tuesday in a second round encounter of Capital One and he will be hoping for the repeat of same on Saturday night.
Sam Gallagher, Lloyd Isgrove and Jay Rodriguez all are ruled out to feature in this match due to knee injuries.
West Ham, who were defeated 1-0 against Tottenham in their opening game, secured a 3-1 win over another London rivals Crystal Palace last weekend.
Strikers Diafra Sakho (back), Kevin Nolan (shoulder) and Andy Carroll (ankle) are all ruled out to feature in this match, while Carl Jenkinson, James Collins (both hamstring) and Matt Jarvis (thigh) are the other players in West Ham’s injury list.
