Ex-Liverpool striker Luis Suarez was sold to Barcelona this summer after he was suspended during the World Cup for biting an opposing player. This was the third time he bit someone in a game.
Suarez recently made his first appearance for the Spanish club, but he’s still on the minds of people back in England. When a young fan met retired Liverpool player and former Suarez teammate Jamie Carragher, he had one question for him: Did Luis Suarez ever bite you?
It’s a totally reasonable question. Suarez bit three people in games, and Carragher practiced with him a lot more than any games that were played, so it stands to reason that Suarez might have bit him at some point or another. Carragher did not respond, so we’ll never know.
